Large Groups and Private Events at Lewana Cottages
In a beautiful natural location in WA’s South West, Lewana Cottages offers a unique event venue alongside accommodation for you and your guests. Lewana is ideal for events where you’d like your group to stay together and enjoy exclusive use of the property, without other guests on site.

Please note that the Machinery Barn and event facilities are only available when Lewana is booked for exclusive use.
Ideal for private birthdays and celebrations, club events, get-togethers, corporate events, and workshops, Lewana provides a stunning backdrop with views across forest, parkland, and the dam.
​
Exclusive use bookings include access to the entire estate (excluding private areas), including the Machinery Barn with tables and benches, footy-style BBQ, dance floor, festoon lighting, Bluetooth 8-speaker music system, and adjacent toilet facilities.
​
You will also have access to additional hire items such as patio heaters, a battery PA speaker and microphone, glasses, crockery, cutlery, and the exclusive pizza oven dining area. There is also ample space for catering food trucks if required.
​
Exclusive use includes accommodation in all six cottages (up to 45 guests) and use of our three campsites (up to 15 guests), allowing for a maximum of 60 guests on site. Third-party glamping tents, toilets, and showers can also be arranged to increase accommodation capacity.

Wonderful weekend away with big group for a special birthday - The whole site was booked to celebrate a 60th birthday with friends and family. Rustic and charming historical cottages, comfy beds, top quality bed linen and towels, stylish touches and attention to little details made for a delightful stay. We had a self-catered dinner party for 70 in the big shed with dance floor and pretty lighting. A memorable weekend away.
